Mr. Martin "El Aguila" Gutierrez, 58, of Commerce, CA, passed away on April 23, 2022 after a long hard fought battle with cancer. 

Martin was born on November 2 1963 to Juan and Rosa Gutierrez in Sahuayo, Michoacán . In 1984 he met Carmen Gutierrez and they wed in 1986, went on to have three children, Martin Gutierrez, Ivan Gutierrez and Valerie Gutierrez.


Martin was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Martin , Ivan and Valerie Gutierrez, and Carmen Gutierrez and always tried his best to support them.


Martin was also a passionate grandfather and could often be found out and about with his grandchildren when he wasn’t at home.


Anyone who knew Martin knew that he was the most loving father , grandfather and husband a family could ask for. He is survived by Carmen, Martin, Ivan, Valerie, Isabella, Zoey and Melina.
