I am [heartbroken and still in shock ] when I heard the news of Martin's passing.

My deepest condolences to Martin's family. I first met Martin when he hired me almost one year ago as the Activity Director at his Community. I was so grateful for the opportunity he gave me under his leadership. He was an outstanding Boss, who was encouraging & made sure that his team felt  supported and valued ! He went out of his way to make sure that everyone felt appreciated. I have never in all my years seen a Boss who was like Martin. Everyone in the community loved him including our residents! Martin’s Presence, laughter, Smile, and vibrant energy will be truly missed. Unforgettable is an understatement! He was a true leader. May his soul rest in perfect peace 🙏🏾 🕊️
