About Heroin Support

Our mission is to provide support to our loved ones and the families who are affected by the disease of addiction, to advocate for more and improved treatment options and services, to educate our children on the dangers of addiction, and to break down the stigma surrounding the addiction that our loved ones struggle with daily.

  • What is your mission?

    Our mission is to provide support to our loved ones and the families who are affected by the disease of addiction, to advocate for more and improved treatment options and services, to educate our children on the dangers of addiction, and to break down the stigma surrounding the addiction that our loved ones struggle with daily.

  • How are donations used?

    Donations are used in several ways. Most of our donations are used to purchase and donate urns at an average cost of $125 each to families across the USA who can't afford the cost. We also assist those struggling with getting into treatment or with sober living.

  • What can be done with a $100 donation?

    With a $100 donation the cost of one urn to a family grieving is almost achieved. The average cost of our urns we purchase and donate is around $125. However that same $100 donation can be used to help those struggling currently with the disease of addiction and/or use to assist someone with 1 week of sober living. Many people enter entering sober living straight out of treatment don't have the funds to pay for the first week of sober living until they can get a job usually within a few days of entering a sober living home.

  • What progress has been made already thanks to your donors?

    Since 2014 we have managed to purchase and donate close to 100 urns and assist several people get into treatment as well as assist with the first week of sober living rent. We have also managed to supply basic hygiene like deodorant, tooth brush, shampoo, socks, undergarments and more.

  • What is the history of your organization?

    We have been a nonprofit since 2014 and run several private Facebook groups that in totally have a membership of over 75,000 members between the groups.
