We are heartbroken to share that Martha "Nana Mart" Prempeh passed away unexpectedly on August 5, 2025, just three days shy of her 41st birthday. Martha was a beloved daughter, sister, mother and friend. She touched countless lives with her warmth, intelligence, and generosity.
We are raising funds to help Martha's family during this difficult time. You can donate through this platform, or at the celebration of life, or contact her family directly. Donations will be used to support Alexandra’s future needs and education.
