Martha Morales de Ortega, de 93 años, fue llamada a la presencia del señor el día 01 de junio del 2024, quien hasta su último momento estuvo acompañada de sus hijos y nietos. Martha nació en la Ciudad de Chihuahua, Chihuahua, aunque ella siempre decía que era de Juárez, un 07 de junio de 1930, madre de 6 hijos Juan, Luis, Martha, Lalo, Adolfo y Jaime, y abuela de muchos nietos y bisnietos. Durante su vida fue una mujer ejemplar y alegre, una esposa entregada, una madre y abuela amorosa. Recordaremos a Martha por su alegría, sus historias, palabras, consejos y sobre todo porque siempre fue una hija de Dios presente, pues su gusto principal era ir a la capilla de la Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Últimos Días donde hizo muchos amigos y hermanos en cristo quienes la llenaron de amor y convivencias que marcaron su vida, donde hasta este día fue una mujer de fe.

Recordaremos a Martha pues a lo largo de su vida estamos seguros que dejó huella en los corazones de todos nosotros y de toda la gente que la conoció, tuvo la oportunidad de vivir en diferentes lados como Monterrey, Nuevo León, en Pitorreal, Chihuahua, en la ciudad de chihuahua, en santa Isabel, Chihuahua, y en Lawrence, Massachusetts, donde terminó su vida terrenal para ir al descanso eterno y en donde existe luz perpetua, felicidad y está ya en compañía de sus hijos Martha, Adolfo, Jaime y su esposo Pablo, con quienes sabemos tuvo incontables vivencias e historias llenas de amor y a quienes extrañaba desde su partida, seguros estamos que Martha se fue tranquila y con felicidad en su corazón, pues desde siempre anhelaba estar con sus hijos y convivir con ellos y el señor la mando llamar en presencia de Luis, Raul y Juan, Jaime se adelantó unos días para recibirla. No nos queda más que recordar que las frases que siempre les decía a sus nietos, era que eran muy socarrones y contreras y cuando platicaban algo nuevo o de temas que desconocía siempre decía órale!!.

Podríamos escribir un sinfín de anécdotas y vivencias de las que fuimos parte, pero como cada uno va a recordarla a su modo y en la forma en la que la conocieron, les pedimos que en este momento recuerden algún momento que hayan vivido a su lado y la hayan visto sonreír, para que de esa manera estemos seguros de que, aunque ya no está presente con nosotros, siempre la tendremos presente en nuestro corazón y pensamientos. Sigamos su ejemplo de vivir una vida tranquila y siempre agradecidos y disfrutando lo que tenemos.

Descanse en paz Martha y como siempre lo decía ella, un día nos volveremos a ver y nos daremos un abrazo grande y largo.

Martha Morales de Ortega, 93 years old, was called to the presence of the Lord on June 1, 2024. Until her last moment, she was accompanied by her children and grandchildren. Martha was born in the City of Chihuahua, Chihuahua, on June 7, 1930, although she always said she was from Juárez. She was the mother of six children: Juan, Luis, Martha, Lalo, Adolfo, and Jaime, and the grandmother of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. During her life, she was an exemplary and cheerful woman, a devoted wife, and a loving mother and grandmother. We will remember Martha for her joy, her stories, words, and advice, and above all because she was always a devoted daughter of God. Her main pleasure was going to the chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she made many friends and brothers in Christ who filled her life with love and companionship. Until her last day, she remained a woman of faith.

We will remember Martha because we are certain that throughout her life, she left a lasting impression on the hearts of everyone who knew her. She had the opportunity to live in different places such as Monterrey, Nuevo León; Pitorreal, Chihuahua; the city of Chihuahua; Santa Isabel, Chihuahua; and Lawrence, Massachusetts, where she ended her earthly life to go to eternal rest. There, where there is perpetual light and happiness, she is already in the company of her children Martha, Adolfo, and Jaime, and her husband Pablo, with whom we know she had countless experiences and stories full of love and whom she missed since their departure. We are sure that Martha left peacefully and with happiness in her heart because she always longed to be with her children and spend time with them. The Lord called her in the presence of Luis, Lalo, and Juan, while Jaime went ahead a few days earlier to receive her. We fondly remember the phrases she always said to her grandchildren, telling them they were very mischievous and contrary. When they talked about something new or topics she didn’t know, she would always say, "Órale!!"

We could write countless anecdotes and experiences we shared with her, but since each person will remember her in their own way, we ask that you take a moment to recall a time you spent with her and saw her smile. In this way, we are sure that, although she is no longer with us, she will always be in our hearts and thoughts.

Let us follow her example of living a peaceful life, always being grateful, and enjoying what we have. Rest in peace, Martha, and as she always said, one day we will meet again and give each other a big, long hug.
