Martha Ann Howard of Grand Prairie, TX went to be with the Lord on February 8,2023, at the age of 64. Martha was born January 23, 1959, in Fort Dix, NJ to parents Joseph and Rosetta Brennan. She is survived by her children, Rebecca Howard, Marilyn Cravens, and Cole Mistrot; son-in-law, Adam Cravens; daughter-in-law, Samantha Jordan; grandchildren, Dean Payne, Kayli Payne, Kinley Cravens and Cason Cravens; and siblings, James Brennan, Joseph Brennan, Mary Lawhorn, Monica Meador, Maretta Chokas, Maureen Land, and Michelle Stoker. Martha was preceded in death by her partner of 22 years Michael Atilano, her parents, and brother Patrick Brennan.
Martha loved Dr. Pepper and Hallmark movies, but most importantly, she loved her family and friends above everything. Her heart for others was evident to all, she would give you whatever she had if you liked or needed it. Martha enjoyed the simple things in life, like going for long drives and spontaneous road trips, spending time with her kids and spoiling her grandkids. Although Martha’s five-year battle with lung cancer was very challenging, it brought her much closer to her family. It caused her to understand her need for Jesus Christ, which is what she leaned on for hope. Martha had many special moments with her loved ones in her last days and was surrounded by her children as she peacefully transitioned into heaven.
