For as long as I can remember, Sister Martha was always actively and happily performing her duties. And that's how I will always remember her - by her kindness, her humility, and unwavering faith. She is a pillar of patience, strength and love to all of the lives she's touched and to all of the people she's cared for.
Condolences to the bereaved family. She will truly be missed but her light shines on through all of you ❤️
Rest well, Sis. Til we meet again ❤️

Sister Martha will always be fondly remembered by me and my family. A pioneer member in the Church of Christ of Bellmore, originally Long Beach. I’ve known Sister Martha since I was little kid and remember what a kind and gracious woman she was. So full of faith and love, an exemplary example of a faithful devoted servant of God. I will miss you Sister. Rest now in peace for you have finished your race. See you po in the Holy City.

Tia…. As you dance in the wind with your Angels looking down at us with the comfort of your smile, I will not cry. I will not be upset because, you found a better address to move too. I know you are with God. As much as it hurts, I will smile, I will laugh,I will embrace the hugs and happiness that you gave me in life. Thank you ! I’ll miss you ! But, most of all I love you ♥️!
For the family…. No words can comfort or describe the transition of Tia. God is here with you, your church is with you, your family and friends are here with you during this difficult time. Time will heal, Support will comfort and your Faith is amazing. Almighty God will get you through this grieving process because faith is everything! God bless!

One of my Mothers life long friends. She was “Auntie Martha” to us. They were colleagues at E Lidia Hospital in Freeport Long Island back in the mid 70s. I was very encouraged when she and Angela drove from New York down to Maryland to share her love and comfort my Mother in her final hours. Thank you auntie Martha, now you guys are together again.
