Marlene (born Maria Helena) was a strong and amazing person, with a zest for life. She survived WWII Germany as a child. Lost a couple of brothers in childhood. Met the love her life (Ralph Hogan) and married him 3 weeks later, moving to the United States to be with him. She loved traveling the world in her younger years. She survived several miscarriages and could never have children of her own. She adopted her …
