My grandma was always a huge part of my childhood and will forever be in my and my sisters memories. She was always so loving with us and had the sweetest and most soft voice and kisses and hugs ever. This is very painful to have lost her but having nothing but fond memories of her is comforting to a degree. I just wish we had more time with her here on earth but I know that she’s with God now and no longer has to be burdened with anything anymore. Rest in paradise Nana❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My sincerest condolences and prayers are sent to the family during this difficult time. Marlene was such a great help, and a good friend. She always made herself available to braid my neice's hair. She was always willing to listen no natter what the problem was. She had such calm spirit and pure heart of gold. She will surely be missed. Heaven just received another angel home. God bless you🙏

We always talked about childhood of her three children (Melvin, Missy and Marvin) and her granddaughter, our daughter Marika. I don't remember how we end up talking about it but we shared the story about our child birth. Melvin and our daughter Marika both have a good, strong big head so they give this new mothers little bit hard time. Me & mama Marlane had a exact same hard time to deliver our first child. Well, they are father and daughter first of all! We are both looking our baby's head and shake our head & laugh so hard! Shaking our head again to hear they claimed they are innocent, see their head, laugh again & again! I will never forget that evening we laughed together.
