It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Markus Faulcon, a cherished son, loving father, and caring friend, on July 14, 2025. Born on August 20, 2006, Markus lived a life marked by determination, love, and motivation that inspired everyone he knew.

Markus was a devout attendee at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, consistently finding inspiration and solace through his faith. His remarkable work ethic, both in life and on the basketball court, earned him a prestigious college scholarship, an accomplishment that showcased his ceaseless motivation and dedication. However, his proudest accomplishment was his beloved daughter, Jada. A true daddy's girl, Jada was Markus' world, and he cherished every moment spent with her.

Markus was known for his compassionate heart and caring nature. He taught his family and friends the importance of forgiveness, even when faced with adversity, and always chose to see the best in people. These life lessons embedded in those around him will serve as a continual reminder of Markus's profound impact.

The legacy Markus leaves behind is one of strength. His unyielding determination and inspiring love for his family, friends, and sports have instilled a resilient spirit within all who knew him. His memory and the values he embodied will live on through his family, friends, and especially his daughter, Jada.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing for Markus at Keith Matthews Funeral Home on July 23, 2025, at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will follow the next day at 12:00 PM. As we come together to celebrate Markus's life, we remember his love, joy, and passion, and honor the remarkable man that he was.

Although Markus' sudden departure leaves a void in our hearts, we find comfort in the memories shared, the love expressed, and the remarkable life he lived. Markus will forever be remembered as a beacon of strength, a source of inspiration, and a testament to the power of love and determination.
