Mark's obituary

With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Mark "Marky" Warcholic, a beloved son, brother, partner, and father, on October 28, 2024. Born on March 30, 1988, Marky, was a man of great love, joy, and an infectious silly energy.

Mark is survived by his sister and brother, Sherri and Kurt Warcholic, his loving partner, Jessica Fontes, and his proudest achievements, his sons Mason and Cruz Warcholic. He was predeceased by his parents, Kurt and Laura Warcholic, whose memory he cherished till his last breath.

A Celebration of Life for Mark will be held on November 23, 2024, at 1:00PM at Wildermere Beach Congregational Church (133 broadway Milford CT) Friends, family, and those whose lives Mark touched are invited to come and commemorate the incredible man he was. We just ask to try and make this a joyous event, share stories, crack jokes and try and laugh in the memories as this is not a wake … it’s a celebration of life.

Mark had a passion for the simpler joys of life. He had a soft spot for anything family oriented, the more loved ones the merrier, a fun played game of Monopoly, fashion, food, and the color purple. A strong political activist, his conversations were always lively, and  filled with wild ideas, conspiracy theories, and passion.

In his free time, Mark was completely devoted to his family & close friends, cherishing every moment with them. His love for the outdoors led to countless fishing trips with his sons, creating memories that will now be treasured more than ever.

Remembered for his fun, silly, and bubbly personality, Mark's greatest lesson was one of unconditional love. His legacy continues in the hearts of his children, Mason and Cruz.

His loss will be deeply felt, but his spirit will continue to live on through memories and laughter.
