Mark was one of my best friends in high school at Cheshire Academy. He was passionate about music, invited me to his house in 1965 so I could hear Bob Dylan's recording of Mr Tambourine Man, a song I have sung professionally dozens of times. He was funny, irreverent and brilliant, and I am so sorry that we lost touch with each other and I never saw him after high school. What an excellent life he had! My belated sympathies to his family, and if I may, I am gratified to see he had such a fulfilling adult life, and to see that old smile on his face in these photographs.
