Mark's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mark Lane on September 16, 2025. Mark was born in 1962 and led a life filled with love, positivity, and boundless energy. He now leaves behind a rich tapestry of memories and accomplishments for his beloved family to cherish and reflect on.
Mark was a beacon of positivity. He would make people laugh with his stories, he was generous with his time and energy, and he inspired us to live full lives and to keep the small things small.
He was a man who always set the bar high. His achievements in life were a testament to his ambition and his community. He was a proud family man, husband to a beautiful wife and father to three children, and doted on his nine grandchildren. Outside of family, he was a business owner, a real estate investor, and a world traveler.
As a man who couldn’t help but stand out, he was known and loved for his spellbinding magic tricks that left children in awe, his multiple holes-in-one in golf, scary haunted lake house stories that will forever be retold in his memory, and the best super grandpa to play toys with. Mark was magic— and the life he lived was legendary. He left a legacy of love and excitement everywhere he went—never a dull moment. He left an impact on every person that he met, and he will be profoundly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
A Celebration of Life for Mark will be held on September 19, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at World Harvest Church.
Donations are not necessary, but if you feel compelled to give something, the money will go towards any funeral costs and to helping our mom with any expenses. Funds can be donated at: https://everloved.com/life-of…
