Mark's obituary
It is with our deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Mark Hannigan, who left us on December 20, 2025. Born on August 14, 1959, Mark lived a fulfilling life enriched by love and kindness. His departure will leave a void in our hearts that will never be filled.
Mark touched the lives of many with his gentle spirit and profound kindness. Known to his family and friends as a 'gentle giant,' he was a large man with an even larger heart. He was a man of faith, a devoted Christian who idolized the Lord and embodied the essence of his teachings in his everyday life.
His unwavering faith and adulation for the Lord were not only significant in his life but also shaped the lives of those around him. The lessons Mark shared with us will forever be treasured in our hearts. He taught us, most importantly, to love the Lord wholeheartedly, as he did. His words were not mere utterances, but principles he lived by day in and day out.
Mark's legacy of treating others with kindness and respect will forever be remembered and continued by those who knew him. His worth was not measured by his size but by the size of his heart and the love he had for others. His existence was proof that true strength lies not in physical prowess but in kindness and respect for others.
Mark is survived by his brother-in-law, Dennis Rundlett, his brother, Chris Fuller, his sister, Mary Rundlett, his niece Liberty De la Cruz, and his nephew Eric Rundlett. They, along with his many friends, will continue to remember and honour Mark, ensuring his legacy of love and kindness lives on for generations to come.
Mark Hannigan was a beacon of love, faith, and kindness in our lives. His passing is a loss that we will feel deeply, but the exemplary life he led will continue to inspire us. He will be missed profoundly by all who had the privilege to know him.
