Mark Jeffrey Fitzwater, 70, passed away on July 28, 2023, in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Mark was born on September 11, 1952, in West Lafayette, Indiana, to William Fitzwater and Ann Hupaylo. He was the youngest of five children, and they formed a lasting bond. He spent most of his childhood growing up in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
