Background

Hello Everyone, I am the youngest sibling in a family of 9 kids. We have worked hard all our lives in this challenging world, just like each one of you, I know. When you get to that retirement age, you look forward to spending your days doing what you love.

My brother, Mark Elliot Benoit, was eagerly looking forward to his retirement in November. Unfortunately, he fell ill with stomach pain and couldn’t keep anything down when he ate. After undergoing various tests, he was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

Just like everyone else, he doesn’t have time to wait on unemployment, social security disability, and all the other benefits you work for and receive in their time. So, I am trying to alleviate the burden of my brother worrying about bills and paying for his care until some money starts coming in. He started chemotherapy last week, the first round of 5. After that, they will evaluate the treatment's effectiveness and decide the next steps.
with that being said mark lost his battle with pancreatic cancer may 5th 2 am .he just applied for insurance 6 months ago before his cancer diagnosis and they are contesting paying his policy ,so now the rest that he didnt have in cash is left for family 1please find it n your heart to help with the funeral of my dear brother .
So, with a heavy heart for him and to lessen worries while he fights this beast, I come to all my family, friends, and kind people near and far who can donate, even if it's just a dollar. Please share this post widely, and with every dollar and every prayer, he will get stronger and fight this monster. Much love and prayers, Rose.
