Mark was the epitome of kindness. All you had to do was tell him you needed help or something and he would do his best to provide or help anyone! Be it money or company or a computer problem, if Mark could, Mark would! It is one of his endearing qualities that have made me fall in love with him and love him I shall to my dying day and beyond.
In response to "What act of kindness did you witness from Mark?"
I first met Mark Walker when I was going to Palomar college.  We met on the city bus, he lived couple miles away from me.  We became friends having similar interests and the like of sports.  Mark was a very giving person had lots of friends.  I remember hanging out with him with my friend Jorge.  I would always find him at the arcade at School.  We would play super challenge baseball .  Mark will be missed..

I cannot begin to describe what Mark meant to me. He was more than my First Sister's husband, he was more than my brother-in-law. In 2017, I had a team of people who worked together to save me from a horrible, terrible man. Of everyone involved though, Mark's part was the most dangerous, because he had to go out to the laundromat and keep my ex-husband distracted until I could get to the airport. There was a very real chance that my ex, upon learning Mark deceived him, would have struck him first. He didn't, but Mark made sure that HE was the one in the way, because he was that kind of man.

And I never got to thank him, to his face.

May the Great Spirit shelter you in the palm of his hand, and may the embrace of the Mother welcome you home.

I met Mark at Palomar College Computer Lab I also cleaned house for one of the tutors and Mark was always there working on her computer. We were always running into each other on one campus or another but I was already married to an abusive man. He offered me $50.00 a week to clean his house since at the time it was my profession. He told me, that at 16 he took a Vision Quest to find him a woman. He did  the peyote  thing and whatever else  was involved a nd after a time his vision of his ideal woman  was actually me. When we met he called his shaman and  told him he had found me BUT I was already married and his shaman said "Wait! A year later, I got a divorce from the abusive man and a year after that I married Mark! Oh what a day that was! 27 years later, I lost him. And now about a month after his death I miss him more then the day he passed

I love you mark Forever and Always!
