Background
As many of you know, my stepfather died 2 years ago and my mother, unfortunately, never probated his estate. Now that she has gone, Donald and I are left with a legal mess and a lot of unplanned expenses. Donations will help with funeral home expenses, hospital bills, accumulated outstanding debt from mom and Bruce's estate, legal fees and taxes.
