In memory of Margie’s birthday on October 6th and for all she meant to her family and friends through the years.

Dear Bob & Family,

Margie was a very special person. She was giving, never complained about anything, was always smiling, and I’m sure she had a lot of pain in her back.  These are some of the qualities she shared with her Nine Hole Golfers in Pine Tree, but then you knew first hand what a gem she was.  We will all miss her, but I always have her in my heart, and cherished her friendship.

Dear Bob and Family -

We are heartbroken to lose dear Margie and send our prayers for her eternal peace. We know she will always be close in her rightful place now as an angel.

What a beautiful woman, wife, mother, grandmother,  great-grandmother, and friend. And the best team-mate one could ever have. What an amazing family Margie and Bob created together.

With all this sorrow, let’s please celebrate Margie’s wonderful life and the gift she was for everyone who ever met her.

Margie brought her kindness, humor, strength, honesty, intelligence, determination and joyful sense of adventure to all she did.

We will think of Margie with every bird we hear and see.

Our love and light to all her family,

Jim and Park Family

My deepest sympathy on the loss of your wife and mother, Margie.  I am a member of MCC and always enjoyed talking with Margie.  She was an inspiration to me and other club members on her long battle with cancer.  She will be missed.  God bless her soul and loving family.

Dear Bob and family,

You are in my prayers as you grieve the loss of Margie on this Earth.  She was indeed a woman of many talents and inspirational resilience and strength.   I truly enjoyed working with her on the Women's Board of the AHA.  Her organizational skills and passion for our cause contributed so much to our organization over the years.

Dear Bob and family

Margie was a special strong and talented lady . Her love for her bird photography and her eagerness to always learn with me was always a pleasure and loved spending time with her. I will miss her tremendously
My deepest and heartfelt condolences on your loss. Margie was a wonderful and generous woman. Her strength and kindness was an example to all of us. She will be deeply missed. May God grant you the peace of her resting soul and the beautiful memories you hold.
Deb, Karisa, Holly and I send our deepest sympathies on Margie's passing.   Margie was such a special person and mentor.   Bob and Margie were an incredible couple and even better parents evidenced by their phenomenal family.    She was also an incredibly strong person even as she battled her way through so many challenging health issues over the past several years.   We will keep the family in our thoughts in prayers.

My frienship with Margie started with our Mothers being best friends.  Ours was a friendship that spanned over 50 years.  Women's Club, bridge, bowling and Deep Creek Lake were just some of the ways that we connected with each other.  She was so kind and so generous.  The loss of a lifelong friend leaves such a void........JANET MALEY

I met Margie over 30 years ago through the women's club. I have one of her little bird coasters right by spot on the sofa and use it every night.  I will miss Margie but I'm so glad she no longer has to suffer.

May she forever rest in peace.

I knew Marjorie from North Chevy Chase Elementary School. We were always in the same class as well as in Brownies and Girl Scouts. It was a wonderful shared journey of  childhood. Marjorie always had great birthday parties! We reconnected through Facebook. I loved seeing her bird photographs. My heart is heavy with the loss of a childhood friend.

So sorry for your loss.  Margie was a lovely person, always generous with her time and with her hospitality.  She was a true warrior when it came to her health and never complained about all her challenges.  She will be missed.
