Mario's obituary

Mario Villarreal

June 15, 1982 - July 14, 2024

Mario attended Manuel High School, class of 2000. He was a cook/chef and loved to cook for everyone throughout his life. Mario loved football and his Broncos. He cherished family events and get-togethers. He was a man of many sports and had a passion for old-fashioned cars and movies. Mario enjoyed all types of music and had a song for every occasion. He loved showing unconditional love and was a father figure to many kids, family, and friends. He was a man of mischief, honor, integrity, and most of all, respect. He loved him some fat bastards.

Achievements:

Mario was an altar boy at St. Isadore, He was baptized, and had his first holy communion. He achieved a yellow belt in karate and earned many medals and trophies for various sports. He even saved someone at boot camp and was ranked as an Eagle due to his courage and leadership, never leaving anyone behind and helping wherever needed. Some of his prized possessions included his '64 Impala, Mustang S.O.A., Cutlass Supreme, and low rider bikes. He was a ladies' man, always romantic, and the life of the party. As a sibling, he loved making homemade tattoos and sharing food with the whole neighborhood. He had a love for dogs—all dogs—and was everyone’s big friendly giant. Mario always had everyone's back and would say, "I got you." If your food was bomb, he would say, "This is next level." He loved working in the deli and casino the most. Mario loved to drink and make everyone happy.

Mario is preceded in death by his grandparents. He is survived by his parents, Margie and Magdeleno, his sisters Angelica and Lisa, his son Isaiah, daughters Ilena and Destiny, six nephews, three nieces, and six grandkids. Mario was a beloved son, grandson, father, brother, and most of all, a friend to many. He will always be remembered for his love for others, his kind heart, and his funny and uplifting personality.

Services will be held at Annunciation Catholic Church at 12pm, with a rosary and mass to follow.
