Mario's obituary
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Mr. Mario Galliano, who departed this life on December 30, 2023. Born on September 16, 1953, Mario was a beacon of honesty, integrity and compassion who touched the lives of many. His resilience, character and wisdom will forever be remembered.
Mario was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Maria Galliano. He is survived by his devoted wife, Cecilia Galliano, his loving sister, Frances Hollman, his brothers, Frank and Manolo Galliano, his cherished step-daughter, Patty Groves, and his grandsons, Austin and Aden Groves.
Mario was a multicultural man who had a great appreciation for Cuban food. His vibrant spirit was truly reflected in his love for dancing and his dedication to his favorite sports team, the University of Miami. He loved playing Solitary and often shared his strategies and tips with others, further showcasing his playful side.
Throughout his life, he shared many valuable lessons, the greatest of which was to always "do what is right." His integrity deeply influenced his personal and professional accomplishments, of which there were many. His legacy of honesty, carried in the hearts of those who knew him, will continue to inspire and guide us moving forward.
Mario's loss will be deeply felt by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was a beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather, and friend. We will remember Mario for his laughter, wisdom, and enduring spirit.
May his soul rest in peace. He will be sorely missed.
