It is with great sadness that the Camargo/Porrata/Jossfolk family announces the passing of Mario E Camargo, 82 on September 23rd 2020 in Miami, FL after a long battle with heart disease. Born in San Juan, PR where he learned how to fix automobiles and discovered his love for the bongos and guitar. He then became the first of his family to migrate to Manhattan, NY where he met his beautiful late wife Blanca Porrata. They then moved to Miami, FL to begin their new lives together. Mario is survived by his daughters Olga, Raquel, Yolanda and Gricel who were his pride and joy as well as his grandchildren Brandon, Christian, Lorenzo, Diana, Bianca, Daniel, Carlos, Gabriella and Kristina and 3 great-grandchildren Isabella, Mario, and Victoria. Mario loved his family, friends, music and food. He always said “Laugh, eat, dance and yell”. A virtual memorial service will be held on Monday, September 28th at 10:00am by invitation only and we will also be having a private family-only service.
