Marilynn's obituary

Loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, Marilynn Labadie, 73 of Northville, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on Saturday, October 5, 2024. Marilynn was born on February 28, 1951 in Detroit, the daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Pietrzyk. She was preceded in death by her brothers Jerry and Larry Pietrzyk.

Survivors include her sons, Nate (Anne) Labadie, of South Lyon, MI, Sean (Amy) of Mechanicsville, VA and grandchildren, Kayleigh, Christian, Jameson, Tyler, Kellen, brother Bob (Linda) Pietrzyk of League City, Texas, nieces Cheryl Pietrzyk of Katy, Texas and Kelly Connelly of Pearland, Texas.

Marilynn loved her family endlessly. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, especially watching them play sports and never missed a University of Michigan or Detroit sports game. The family is comforted by the kind words they have received from the many lives Marilynn touched.
