Marilyn Lee (Doty) Talbert passed away May 8, 2020. She was surrounded by her family at home when she went to be with the lord.

Marilyn was born to Rollie and Viola (Hazel baker) Doty on June 30, 1936. She was preceded in death by her parents and seven siblings, Marjorie, Lavon, John, Wanda, Chester, Loye, and Ray 

Survivors include husband of 54 years, Dale Talbert. Son Daniel Talbert and daughter Jodie (Talbert) Jones. Grandchildren Jordan (Carly) Talbert, Taylor Gage Talbert, Trevor and Tanner Jones, and Quentin Barclift. Great-grandchildren Carter and Saylor Talbert. One brother Charles Doty and many nieces and nephews.

Marilyn loved to cook as she worked for Pattonsburg School for over 37 years. She loved to fish and crochet as well as spend time in her garden where not only she showed off her green thumb but where she would read her bible and pray. She loved her family and God. Such a caring and wonderful person to know, who always put everyone else first and worried about everything.  A memorial is being made at the Talbert family farm.
