Marie's nurturing soul extended beyond her family. She impacted countless lives, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and endless amounts of love. She effortlessly brought a smile to anyone's face, touching the hearts of everyone she encountered. Marie's infectious love rested not only with people but also with the simple pleasures of life.
She loved sipping A&W root beer, coffee, and mango juice while watching her favorite TV shows like days of our lives,Jeopardy, The Price is Right, and Family Feud. A fan of Breaking Bad and death becomes her, she often liked to settle in for a comfortable movie night at home. She was a playful spirit, often immersed in games of Solitaire, Candy Crush, Farmville, and slot machines. There was a special place in her heart for cabbage stew, salmon, smoked fish dip and chicken cacciatore, which were her favorite dishes.
Among her recreational activities, Marie loved spending quality time with her family. She found joy in simple things, such as visiting the Hard Rock Casino and Bingo. She loved being around water, which was apparent in her choice of exercise – swimming in the pool, and vacationing – cruise ships to anywhere tropical. She had a fondness for vibrant colors, and red was her favorite.
Marie's philosophy centered around faith. Her best advice was simple yet profound: "Always have faith and keep God in your heart." Her wisdom, spirit, and benevolence will continue to guide and inspire those fortunate enough to have known her. She left behind 6 great grand children and 8 grand children who she loved and adored more than anything.
As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the vibrant life she led, the love she generously shared, and the many hearts she touched. Marie Volpe's spirit will forever resonate through her loved ones and everyone she knew. She was truly special, and her memory will forever be cherished.
