In loving memory of our mother, Marie Pelletier, who passed away peacefully on January 13, 2023, at the Queensway Carleton Hospital at age 79. She was the devoted wife of the late Jeff Pelletier and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be sadly missed by Daniel Labrie (late Wendy), the late Denis Labrie, Jeff Pelletier (Adrienne), and Lisa Marie (Darrell) along with her nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered by many “adopted children”, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Our mother was a kind, caring, and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. Our mother was a source of inspiration to us all and she will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

Growing up, Marie was always there for us, whether we needed help with our homework or just a shoulder to cry on. She was a woman of strong faith and she instilled in us the importance of family, hard work, and doing what is right. Our mother was a true role model who we will always look up to. 

Friends and family gathered for a beautiful Celebration of Life with the memorial visitation from 2:00-3:00 pm, at Vineyard Ottawa Church, 51 Greenbank Road, Nepean, ON K2H 8K4, on Saturday, January 28, 2023, and the service that followed at 3:00 pm.  

The burial service for my parents Marie & Jeff Pelletier along with my brother Denis Labrie will be held at Capital Memorial Gardens 3700 Prince of Wales Dr. on Friday, August 25th at 3:00 pm. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Lung Association. Or Donations can be made to help with the cost of the Montage Memorial plaque I will be having made for their headstone. 

Mother, you will always be in our hearts and we will never forget you. We love you so much. Rest in peace.
