I miss you and I will be happy when I see you again, maybe sooner than expected.  There is nothing left for me anywhere

Marianne was my sister but for the first 9 years, she was like a mother to me.  I was the youngest, born 1941.

I remember I wanted to go swimming so bad and my other two sisters would skip away without me.  So Marianne, who did not like swimming, put us on the bus to go part way and we walked the rest.  I was so happy singing, holding her hand.  When we go there, she got me ready and then sat in the bleachers to watch me.  It was one of the most memorable days of my life.  I loved Marianne so much I can't describe.  I was too sick to make the 350 miles to her memorial but my heart has been with her all along.  I hope she has been reunited with our sister Dorothy who left in 2017 and our brother Ben who left in 1999.

Marianne, I love you.

Edna Unger – "Marianne loved listening to gospels songs and music by Jimmy Swaggart. After hearing of Marianne’s death, I listen to songs sung and played by Jimmy Swaggart in memory of Marianne. I also looked at a list of songs sung by him over the years. All of the songs were about Jesus and His love and salvation and about our eternal home in heaven. I begin to realize how much joy ,encouragement and comfort Marianne must of felt as she listened to this music. The song which stuck in my mind was “Sheltered in the Arms of God.” Here are some of the words, I feel the touch of hands so kind and tender They’re leading me in paths that I must trod I’ll have no fear cause Jesus walks beside me For I’m sheltered in the arms of God. Marianne heard the call from heavens portal,”Come home my child, it’s the last mile you have to trod.” She fell asleep and woke up in God’s new heaven forever she is sheltered in the arms of God, May each of her family and friend’s feel the arms of God hugging and comforting you during this time of loss. Dear Mom,You've certainly earned your eternal rest, you've fought the good fight.  We know that "absent with the body, present with the Lord."  I am at peace because I know you are.  Rest in peace until I see you again.Love, Joy

Dear Mom,

It's hard to write a goodbye letter, when all I want to do is hold your hand now and say goodbye one last time. I know you are in a more peaceful place, singing with the angels, and painting your next masterpiece. Thank you for being there for me and loving me unconditionally despite all my many shortcomings in life. Your kindness may have left this world, but it will always be in our hearts.

 Love, Robert
