Marianne's obituary
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Marianne Sitowski on January 20, 2026. Born on August 13, 1949, Marianne's gentle, caring soul touched all who knew her. Her warm heart and nurturing personality radiated through all aspects of her life.
Marianne leaves behind a loving family of her son, Ethan Sitowski, her daughter, Kathy Lajoice, and grandsons Greg Sitowski and Zane Lajoice. All of whom were blessed to have known her loving care and guidance. They will miss her dearly.
In 1972, Marianne married the love of her life, Paul Sitowski. Despite him predeceasing her, their love story remained with Marianne and comforted her all through her life. Their legacy continues to live on in the lives of their children and grandchildren.
Marianne had an unadulterated love for life. Her leisure moments were often spent watching her favorite TV show, NCIS, or immersing herself in the classic movie, Gone with the Wind. Enthusiastic card games filled her free time at home, while the sunny beaches in Florida became her favorite escape for holidays.
Those who knew Marianne can attest to her loving and warm-hearted nature. Her care and concern for others were unmatched. She was a beacon of love and warmth, her memory continuing to shine brightly in the hearts of those she left behind.
As we say our final goodbyes, let us celebrate Marianne's life, remembering her for the beautiful soul she was, and the wonderful memories she has left us with. She will forever be missed, yet her legacy of love, care, and warmth will continue to inspire those who knew and loved her.
