In memory of our loving mother. We regretfully announce the passing of Mariana "Mary" Morales Doody of Mt Sterling, OH on June 03, 2023. Mariana was 84 and surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully holding her youngest daughters hand.

Mary was born to Joaquin and Adeline Morales on November 26 1939 in San Francisco California . Our mother, Mary was one of the strongest/bravest/loving women to ever walk this earth and our family was blessed to have her as the head of the family. She graduated in 1957 met Clude Lee Morrow and fell in love together they went on to have 7 children. Mariana was a wonderful and loving mother who gave her all to her family. We will never be able to fill the space left behind by her. Later in her life went to Beauty school and worked cutting and styling hair. Than owned her own shop. My mom also enjoyed being a mother and grandmother She had a special place with her family and friends. In 1984 she met the love of her life Daniel 💕 Doody they got married in 1997 Dan was a retired officer and both volunteered at the Lemon Grove Elementary in San Diego CA. Mary loved to read, doing her crossword puzzles walking. Mary had funny sense of humor and loved joking around . She taught me to be strong no matter what happened she would say everything will work out things will be fine and we can and you will make it thought this. She taught me honor, values and respect. My mother was my best friend and supporter she was the one person I could go to and she made everything better. Mom was a very important part of my life and I will miss you so much it will be hard to move on without you. Value her family and close friends. One of her favorite saying was I don't have favorites when my daughter would say its your favorite granddaughter. Mary had a beloved cat Orion. Mary was predeceased by her father Joaquin Villegas Morales, mother Adeline Forjas Morales, ex husband Clude Lee Morrow, husband Daniel Mercier Doody JR, daughter Dorothy Ann Sam Morrow Oliver, son David Morrow a bother and sister. She is survived by Sheila Irwin Morrow, Diana Morrow Harvey and husband Henry, Mariann Juju Morrow Zimmerman and husband 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Services will be held on TBA at TBA at a later date.
