Marian Ellen Marlin, 77, of Frederica, DE, formerly of Wildwood, NJ, passed away on April 23, 2026. Born on February 6, 1949, in Wilmington, DE, Marian was the daughter of Myrtle and Austin Riley.

Marian graduated from Newark High School and worked as a custodian at the University of Delaware for nineteen years. She married Norman Marlin on June 13, 1967. Known for her passion for Bingo, Marian was a dedicated member of the Ladies’ Auxiliary of the American Legion.

Marian is survived by her two sons, Dennis and Donovan, four grandchildren, and great granddaughter, Kinsley Rose.  She was preceded in death by her grandson, William, and her husband, Norman.

Marian will be interred with her husband, Norman, at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear, DE in a private ceremony.
