This memorial has been created in honor of Maria Towers nee: Maria Rohm. Born Helga Maria Grohman, August 13, 1945 in Vienna, Austria, Maria was a child actress from the age of 4 and made the entertainment industry her life along with her husband, British film producer Harry Alan Towers.

Citizens of the world, they had friends and colleagues in dozens of countries. For this reason, Maria requested that a memorial be placed online where all could visit and contribute.

Maria passed away due to acute leukemia. In accordance with her final wishes, her remains were cremated and placed with those of her late husband.

An incredibly kind woman and generous to a fault, she was loved by many and will be dearly missed. All of our hearts are better for knowing and yet saddened and heavy now with her loss. We love you! xoxo
