Maité, Maria-Teresa Madan-Felten, unexpectedly passed this past week. She was an empathetic, passionate, funny, and bright woman.

Maité was an ally to many oppressed communities, always opening her home and heart to those who needed it. She spent most of her working life as a childcare provider, caring for and nurturing hundreds of kids. She used her voice to advocate for vulnerable children across the globe.
