Our beloved daughter, sister and friend lived a life full of adventures. She was a well-respected music and entertainment industry publicist who launched her firm two years ago.
Loved by many, Joyce was best known for her outsized personality and devotion to friends and family, as well as her beloved dog, Penelope.
Joyce leaves behind her mother, stepfather, two sisters, brother-in-law and niece.
