Marge's obituary

Marge "Margie" Bock Brian, a woman of radiant smiles, boundless kindness, and inspiring spirit, passed away on December 9, 2025 at the age of 76. Born on July 16, 1949, Marge was known by many as Margie.

Marge leaves behind a loving family who will continue to be inspired by her bountiful love and caring nature. She is survived by her daughters, Rachael Bock Imm (Mark) and Sarah Bock Schlesinger (Scott), her grandchildren, Kennedy Bock, Elizabeth Imm Browning (Bryce),  Trevor Imm (Haley) and Abigail Imm. She is also survived by four step children Daniel Brian, Nathan Brian (Stephen Faulk), Emily Brouse, and Marisela Wilkinson (Ben) and 12 step grandchildren. Marge's strong family values and loving heart were reflected in her close relationships with her family and those who knew her.

Marge was predeceased by her grandmother, Margaret Cliver (Nana), and her mother and father, Muriel and Bennett Lapping.

Living for over 40 years in Minnesota, she was an accomplished graduate from the Science of Nursing program at St. Mary's School of Nursing in Minneapolis, MN.  Her first nursing job was at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee, MN where she was a nursing supervisor for many years.  She then obtained her nurse practitioner license and worked at the Chaska Medical center.  She graduated to administrative roles at both Nursefinders and St. Paul Children's Hospital while still in Minnesota and Heritage Assisted Living and the Intermountain Healthcare Facilities when she moved south to Nevada and Utah. Marge was always eager to offer a helping hand. She combined her passion for caring for others with her professional knowledge to make a difference in her community and the lives of all who knew her.

A vibrant lover of life, Marge's favorite music was Neil Diamond and she enjoyed dancing at any and every opportunity! She was usually dressed in her favorite color which was pink but her nails were always her signature shade of hot pink, a hue that perfectly symbolized her vibrant personality.

Marge had a beautiful smile that made everyone feel like they were her best friend. She was kind, caring, giving, and generous – her influence and her spirit knew no boundaries. The greatest lessons she shared were of empathy and looking out for one another which she shared with all those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Some of Marge's greatest accomplishments were her two daughters, five grandchildren and too many friendships to count. Her legacy and her love will live on through them, an enduring memory of a woman who truly embodied a spirit of kindness and generosity.
