It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Cross, who left us peacefully on August 13, 2025. Born on April 1, 1931, in Joes, Colorado, Margaret lived a life full of devotion to her family, strength in adversity, and love for those around her.

Margaret was the beloved matriarch of her family. She deeply touched the lives of all who knew her and will be remembered for her unwavering kindness and her enduring spirit. 

Margaret is survived by her son Ronald Cross, her daughter Jeanette Jackson, her grandchildren Candice Bishop, Zachary Cross, Hannah Freifeld, and great-grandchildren Gabriel, Keller, Checkers, Megi, and Fenrick. 

She was predeceased by her husband Harold Cross, and her son Royce Cross, her parents, 14 siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews who will now together welcome her into the Kingdom of Heaven.

In these moments of loss and sadness, let us remember Margaret for her love and care, for her laughter and joy, and for the inspiration she was to everyone who had the honor to know her. Rest in peace, dear Margaret, your spirit will forever resonate in our hearts.
