Ellen died peacefully of natural causes at home with her loving husband and her supportive caregiver JoJo by her side.
Born in Cairo, IL of Annetta "Nettie" (Scheller) and Cecil Frazier.
Survived by Her husband of 65 years, Paxton Starksen and her children and their spouses, Russell (LaDora), Dirk (Danette), Jacqueline (Mason) and Sean (Jessica), 14 Grand children and 7 great grand children.
Ellen Loved gardening, travel and writing. Later in life she enjoyed jigsaw …
