Charlene's obituary
Charlene was born in Nashville, Tennessee on December 9, 1937. She traveled the world, was a Mary Kay Sales Director, and owned her own company: Charlene's Cleaning Service. She loved everyone she knew. Her home was always a welcoming place. Her cornbread, potato salad, coleslaw, and peanut butter fudge would just about cure anything that was bothering you. She was known as Charlene, Momma, Mom, and Aunt Charlene, but was everyone's Granny. She had scores of friends and family that will miss her dearly. She had faith that moved mountains. When she passed and entered in to the Kingdom of Heaven she was met by those that preceeded her in death: her parents, Millard and Bessie Estes, 2 brothers Herbert and Hubert Estes, a son Danny Williams, and a great-grand child Aubery Williams.
She is survived by: her sister, Joyce Randolph, 4 children, John "Kenny" Williams, Jr(Janet), Jerry Williams, Rhonda Williams, and Jamey Williams, 10 grand children, Amanda, Kimberlee, John "Trey" Williams, III, Heather(Michael), Jera(Joey), Gaberiel, Keri Ann, Daytona, Amber, and Autumn, and 8 great-grand children, Heaven, Trinity, Destiny, Lucas, Jordan, Ryland, Aurora, and Connor, 2 foster brothers, Stevie(Sandi), and Randall, scores of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews, and cousins. Surely she will be missed by all others who met and knew her.
There will be several celebrations of her life planned in the coming months. In her words "When I die, don't cry! I want you to dance and celebrate!" Well Granny, we are gonna do just that!
