How you can help
Margaret was a loving and generous person who adored her grandchildren. She adored spending time with them playing rummy tiles, singing and especially spending time together at Lake St. Catherine. In her younger Grandma era, she attended sporting events and performances and always kept up with their interests and activities. She celebrated all of their achievements, even when she could no longer attend. She showered her grandchildren with fun and personal gifts for birthdays and Christmas, but also picked up special treats she knew they would love all throughout the year. Sometimes, if the gift was cute and soft enough, she would treat herself and pass it along to one of the kiddos later on.
To honor her memory and legacy, there is a memorial fund to benefit her grandchildren. The money raised will be shared among them and used for education, books, sports, hobbies and helping them as they move into adulthood. The vision is they may receive a surprise birthday or Christmas gift from their Grandma as long as possible so they can feel her presence and love.
This fun is a way to keep Margaret's memory alive and celebrate her impact on others. It is also a way to help her grandchildren to achieve their goals and pursue their happiness. Grandma would be so proud of them and happy to see them grow and thrive.
