Margaret Jean Daugherty, 91, passed away on November 30th, 2021, in Vero Beach, FL surrounded by her loving children. Margaret was born in Watertown, New York, the youngest child of two children. Margaret's parents, Jacob Augustine Long and Margaret Edith Franklin, settled in Sackets Harbor NY, a small town adjacent to Watertown in upstate New York.
