Margaret “Peggy” Dow Costello, 73, of Springfield, Virginia, passed away on the evening of January 3, 2024, after a brief battle with lung cancer.
Peggy was born on March 11, 1950, to Shirley and James Dow, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Peggy met her loving husband of 53 years, D. Brian Costello, at Fairfax High School, where they were both graduating seniors. After Peggy graduated from High School in 1968, she attended college at William and Mary …
