Margaret Amato (née Janini) passed away on March 17, 2025, in Roseville, Michigan, at the age of 91. Born on November 11, 1933, in Duquoin, Illinois, Margaret was the beloved child of Dominick Janini and Ernestine Flantaco.

Margaret shared a life with their spouse, Vincent Amato, and together they raised four children: Rick, Mark, Vince, and Perry. Her family was a central part of her life, and her presence will be deeply missed by those who knew them.

A wake will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Bagnasaco and Calcaterra, located at 25000 Harper Ave, St. Clair Shores, Michigan. A funeral service will follow on Sunday, March 23, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Bagnasaco and Calcaterra’s second location at 25800 Harper Ave, St. Clair Shores, Michigan.

Margaret’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. May her legacy bring comfort to those who mourn their passing.
