It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Major Marek J. Swiderski, age 72, on November 16, 2021 in El Paso, TX. Marek was born in Warsaw, Poland and immigrated to Hamtramck, MI at the age of 14. Marek was an active scholar with degrees from Wayne State University, Georgetown University, and University of Texas at El Paso. Marek served two tours in Vietnam and had a successful career in the Army, …
