Our family is saddened to annouce the passing of Marcos Gomez. Marcos, a resident of Yakima, WA, was born on 10/09/1997. He is survived by Nancy Cowin, mother; Antonio Gomez-Lopez, father; Nancy Elizabeth Gomez, sister; Aaliyah Gomez, niece; Nevaeh Ranck, niece; Rebekah Ranck, niece; Mariah Salazar-Gomez, niece; Eugene Renner, uncle. Marcos grew up and attended school in Okanogan, Wa. The family has many happy memories of him and his childhood friends.

Marcos loved the peacefulness of the family property in Tonasket and dreamed of building his own cabin there. He was registered for Carpentry classes in Yakima, Wa to prepare himself for this. He was looking forward to the spring when he would be able to again begin spending his free time there.

Marcos was a tender hearted and loyal person; he loved his family. His passing has left the family with a profound sadness.

Marcos, you will forever be in our hearts. Until we meet again, sweet boy.
