Marcia Shultz, 74, of Carlton, Ga, passed away on August 19, 2022 after a battle with Covid turned pneumonia. Marcia was born on October 24, 1947 (a long time ago!) to John and Mildred Schenk in Syracuse, New York. After graduating from Chittenango High School in 1965, she went on to earn a Secretarial Degree at Powelson Business Institute.
