Marcia Kemp, a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She left this world on Sunday, April 10, 2022, at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS at the age of 66.

Marcia was born on August 13, 1955, in San Diego, CA to Clarence and Lela Koenig. After leaving her hometown of Linn, Mo. Marcia moved to Texas where she met and fell in love with the young man who purchased her surfboard and would forever have her heart.

She is preceded in death by the love of her life, husband William Michael Kemp and be loved daughter Samantha Joy Kemp.

Marcia is survived by two daughters, Billie Jo Bolton of Florence and Bobbie Jo Kemp of Florence. Two granddaughters Morgan Peters and Taylor Bolton and one grandson Liam Rivers all of Florence. Four great granddaughters and Sister, Mary Perry of Linn, Mo.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 20 at the pavilion at Lakewood Memorial Park from 2:00 to 3:00 PM with a memorial service to follow.
