Marcel A. Perry passed away peacefully on March 8, 2023 at age 66, surrounded but all those who were dearest to him. He entered the United States Air Force in 1978 where he developed his keen sense of leadership, teamwork, and work ethic, which shaped his future in Boy Scouts, coaching, and his selfless volunteer work. He opened a successful business and through his contagious personality fostered many friendships in San Diego County. He is …
