Rather than spending money on flowers, the family would prefer gift donations to the same charitable fund set up for Manuel's wife, E. Michele Gutierrez. Donations will be pooled and be given one or various times to graduating students from Michele's home town of Vandalia, IL who are pursuing arts degrees of whatever sort. A neutral selection committee for choosing recipients will be grouped from among community members. Contribute

Due to the nature of websites, these arts education charity/scholarship funds on Michele's page and Manuel's page have different "links", but the funds go to the same account and will be pooled together when a recipient or recipients are designated.
