Manuel Lopez, 41, of Richmond, VA, passed away on November 08, 2022
Manuel was born on January 14th 1981 to Daisy Ruiz and Manuel Lopez in Aguada, Puerto Rico. After graduating from Escuela Benito Cerezo Marquez in 1999, he went on to join the U.S Army, serving 20 years.
