Funny how a new hobby can bring in the memory of someone who's no longer here to share it with.  Manina always got mom and dad a big roll of that cellophane wrap that they kept on top of the fridge. It was super easy to tear a sheet off without maneuvering 8 other things out of the way. We have that roll at our house now and they've been gone almost 4 and 5 years. I'm making sourdough breads a lot now and use that cellophane for every loaf. Thank you , Manina, for being my parents' friend and sister-in-law. For showing them respect and love. You are thought of often in my kitchen❤❤
