Malachi's obituary

Malachi Kenneth Edmonds passed away from cancer on January 21, 2023, just one month shy of his 4th birthday. Malachi "Kai" was born in Austin, Texas on February 22, 2019 to his parents, Mitchell & Cynthia Edmonds.

Kai was pure joy. His smile, personality, and vibrant blue eyes were inspiring and touched everyone he met. He was loving, kind, brave, strong, happy, caring, imaginative, and funny. Kai loved being at the beach. He loved to be outside: jumping in puddles, climbing trees, exploring, and wildlife. He loved to learn & loved science projects. He went nowhere without his favorite Winnie the Pooh blanket.

Malachi spoke about meeting Jesus in November, and this is his testimony: Jesus told him, "That everyone must drink from the fountain, the fountain of life."  Malachi's life, memory, and faith brings Glory to God and lives on through his family and friends.   Malachi is survived by his parents, his sissy Ashleigh, his maternal grandmother Dorothy Harney, and many aunts, uncles, & cousins.
